8 WEEK CHALLENGE
If you are wanting fast and effective results then this is the fitness program for you!!
The 8 week challeng consists of 2 x personal training sessions each week, unlimited access to our 24/7 gym, all the group fitness classes and our nutritional guide to keep you on track with your food intake.
If you have a wedding, holiday planned or are just wanting to be accountable to our qualified personal trainers you should try out this challenge. Our fantastic trainers will guide you through various exercises to ensure you have correct technique and optimise results.
Includes: PT sessions / Food plan / Weigh and measures / 24/7 gym access / group fitness classes! (please note the creche is additional)
